- a higher room category is available for an additional charge
- service reservations are subject to availability, therefore we recommend booking them in advance at the hotel reception

- a baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request and subject to hotel availability
- children under 3 years of age stay free of charge without entitlement to a bed
- children from 3 to 12 years on an extra bed: €25/person with breakfast
- children over 12 years and adults on an extra bed: €35/person with breakfast

Cancellation policy:
The reservation can be cancelled no later than 48 hours before the start of the stay. In case of cancellation within this period, 100% of the paid stay price will be refunded.
